I'd like to give my wordpress readers the option to sign up by clicking on a facebook button, G+ button, etc.

Social login is a desired option for my site!

Any suggested tools, plug ins, themes?

  You can do so by installing the jet pack in Wordpress dashboard. They have a module called WP comments which allows users to comment and sign up to site via their Facebook or twitter etc login. Hope that's what you were referring to...
