Hi everybody
i am going to make couple e-books and videos.
I know already whih soft to use for creating them. But now i have another dilemma - how to make graphics of "package"?
any help will be very usefull

if u can design in photoshop cs4 than it would great

cover action pro is a good action script for photoshop, a little pricey if your only doing a couple of covers. There are some free action scripts out there too, not as nice but the price is right. Here's one I've used in the past:

For free options you can try GIMP or Photoshop
If you are looking for a software just put on google eCover Software
Also you can pay to a Graph Designer for a professional eCover

Check out eCoverSuiteElite, they're pretty handy. (Sky-High quality too.)
