Anyone else having this problem with the Wordpress Visual Editor?

Hey Warriors,

After I updated to the newest Wordpress, my visual editor doesn't work.

Anyone else having this problem?

Can you give a brief "how to fix" or show a resource about how to fix this.
Pointing me in the right direction, would be very helpful....
I'm having some problems adding key words. Before the update everything worked great...now I'm having some issues with a few of my blogs....

I can't center text with mine. I think it may be the theme but I'm not sure. Anything that's bolded or uses heading text though, is ignored and pushed left.

  Install this plugin .
  Plugins->Add New->Search "Use Google Libraries"->Install->Activate

I had the problem once and it was because of the ckeditor plugin. Deleted that plugin and everything was back to normal.
