Only thing i would change is the font of Watch This Video Now, other than that, looking good

Any more critique guys? Is the website over-whelming? Should I break it down to step by step or perhaps drive traffic to a landing page first (funnel)?

Site colour scheme look great
you don't need to change the video cartoonic is fine.
I have two suggestion.
1: there is a space between the video and the logo if you decrease it so that video comes up and a person view it without scrolling, also if the first video start playing automitacllly then it will be great as your website main part is video, not to many graphical headline/sub headline.
secondly I would suggest to improve the logo as a logo designer I think its very basic and color scheme is also not matching the website design.
you can try my initial free logo concept offer for test(not try market myself here)...

I would only change your logo.
It's hard to read and it has a different background color from the background of the site.

Nope, keep it the way it is.

- Should I change the main video (cartoon) and record myself speaking instead (will that increase credibility)?

Keep this the same also. Users believe the situation when they see a human on camera

Hey, your site looks fantastic! Might I just ask how/where you got the cartoon videos designed? They are very effective!

The site looks really good, it is a much nicer landing and selling page than most. The video integration really differentiates it from competing sites.

The logo design is a bit painful to the eyes.
Maybe the thumbnail of the video is a bit too large? Later on you should check what is the most used resolution of you users and tweak it accordingly.

Overall I think you did a good job!

I really like the logo, very catchy. I think the site is very crowed. There is a lot of information on the home page and it loaded slow for me.

Maybe tuning it down a little will help conversion as well.
