IE 9, Vertical Scroll Bar

Any idea why on a website I made that the right scroll bar the full length of the website, leaving no room for scrolling? So the person can view only what is above the fold. The scroll mouse doesn't work either. Chrome/Firefox, IE 10, no issues. Just IE 9 from what I can tell.

No way to know without seeing the site. What's the URL?

The scrollbar works fine for me in IE9 & IE8, but it's missing in IE7.

That said, my first question would be... why do you have 12 different stylesheets for that page? According to Firebug there are quite a few conflicting styles because of that, so it's no surprise that you're running into some issues with certain browsers.

It would take a while to go through all of those stylesheets to try to pinpoint the exact problem, but you may find some clues by running your site through the W3C validator.
