What goes in to your planning of a website?

I am about to launch a new website and before I begin I want to make sure I get the basics down for that website.

My checklist:
__ Easily brandable URL
__ Facebook Page
__ Google + Page
__ Twitter Account
__ Instagram Account
__ Pintrest Account
__ Keywords for PPC campaign
__ Youtube account
__ Blog ideas

What would you add to this checklist? Basically on all my other sites I just started with the site and added the different aspects as I had time. This time I want to have it all ready to present in one launch.

Any ideas would be really great!

    That list is NOT about planning a web site, as you claimed in your title.

    It is all about promoting/marketing that site.

    Planning a web site starts with its structure, content organization and hierarchy, navigation and, finally, design/layout.

    It seems that you planning for promoting your website but i think before all these steps you need a website .so it will better if you plan for you website.
