Can I start making money with my site with only $200 to my name?

Hello all I have owned a site name hecheatedonmedotcom for 2 years (Dec 2010) early Christmas gift to myself. I have never made a dime from it right now it's not live until I pay my hosting fee. I will do that tommorow by the way, my question is I have been told that my site needs redesigning in order to produce sales I was told the design is kinda crappy lol how can I get my site redesigned to look professional enough to make people wanna buy from it (I sale cell phone and pc spy software to catch a cheating mate) to be honest lol as well as some seo work..just to add: (I recently purchased a PR8 and PR9 backlink Wso also to help me from a fellow member here name Amanda) but I have yet to get started doing them as my site is not live at the moment How do I make money with only $200 to my name fast and still have money to last me until next month?

    use a website builder. (i prefer xsitepro). have articles and videos about your site topics. surround those articles and videos (not in a spammy way) with your affiliate ads then promote,promote,promote,
    it's that simple.

    but if you're looking to make thousands overnight, you should look to do something else.

        Linda, realc4ever is correct - this is not an "overnight success" business. It can be done inexpensively, but it does take time and effort.

        Your host offers inexpensive solutions, and I would consider WordPress, too - it is free and offers some great functionality if you are willing to invest a bit of time to learn it.

        Just avoid the "get rich quick" schemes for online businesses - it's a slow and steady process to make a consistent income online.

    You know what I am telling this from own experience of 4 years IM that you don't need a dime to start making money online srsly ! You talk about crappy look of your site & you want to redesign it which is good but your main focus should be gaining traffic to your site no matter what design you choosing if you are getting good targeted traffic you will get sales ! I own my site which is pretty average on looking but gives my $800 to $1000 per month as I use my own methods to promote it ONLY TRAFFIC MATTERS and I have not spend a single dollar yet in my website promotion I use free ways only.
