Adsense on Wordpress theme?

New to most of this stuff, have a website and setup wordpress on it. My next question is, can you essentially add adsense to any wordpress theme easily? Or is that where I have to know CSS and be able to edit files in the theme? Sorry if this is in wrong section, also did a search for similar threads with same question but no luck. Thanks

  • I have not added Adsense to Wordpress but there is no reason that I know, why you couldn't do it. You should be able to at the very least add the script in every page/post in your Wordpress site. You can do that by pasting the code into the text panel (I think there should be the option to switch to HTML mode or add HTML?)

    • Didn't even think about switching the mode, if there's an option for it. I will see what I can find in the theme settings. Thanks for the tip! Other suggestions would be awesome
  • You don't need to edit the theme or know css to add adsense.
    There are many free plugins that aid you in doing this easily at wordpress.org

    I don't use adsense, so I won't recommend any particular plugin, but yes, anyone can add adsense without design/coding knowledge.
