Help with sales letter confusion?

I'm a slow learner guys so please bear with with me. I have an all text sales letter that I need turned into a nice looking sales letter. I need the sales letter to be in html so I can try to rank it.

If I pay someone to create the sales letter for me will I be able to upload it to my wordpress site even if they create it using some other program? Thank you.

    Once and for all (and for everybody) - you can upload ANYTHING next to your WP siteș they have nothing to do with each other. (Just do NOT name your salespage "index.php"!!!)

    What he meant by "next to" is in the same directory/folder and/or root of the server if that's where you installed WP.
    WordPress has a "index.php" so you can't name your sales page index.php, name it anything else you want and link to it from WP.

    If it is php and you really must use it as your index page in the same location that WP is installed, then move WP into a subdirectory and link to it.
