Hey mikexx23,

The only critique i have is that i think the site lacks color.. add more graphics, so that customers visiting the site wont get bored right away.. Just be careful you don't want to steer away their attention too much from what is really important, The Articles.

I would have to agree, however on the other note where is this site hosted at? It took almost 15 seconds to load. If your looking to make any passive money on this, or if you have an expectation of getting ranked in Google for this site, you might want to look at some methods to speed up your website.

A method I use for one of my bigger companies,

Had the same problem as johnathon4609, the site is taking ages to load.

My comments:
The homepage looks empty, like the website is unfinished or something.
The category pages look boring, no images to attract attention. Try to use some image thumbnails next to the listing of the excerpts.
The post pages are ok, except for the floating social buttons that are over the left sidebar.

Yes it took a long time for the page to load. The site needs some color. It's a little on the bland side. But that is an easy fix. Site being slow is the factor that needs to be addressed.

  - As others have said - slow to load.
  - Very plain - not warm and welcoming.
  - Not well organized (You have "Recent Posts" on every page...why?)(The social network plugin is kinda floating there in the middle of the page)(Search box is in an odd place)(The "Posts, Popular, Comments" box is on every page, and looks odd (there are two rows for three tabs - doesn't look properly aligned)

Hi guys

Thanks for all the advice. I think the first thing i should do is change my hosting Company. Than i will move on to all the other stuff like adding pictures and stuff. But my hosting company is my first step.

Regarding the web hosting, if people are having load time issues and the server location is in South Africa. This to me seems like latency issues based on response times of the location of the server and the location of the users.

There is always a way to fix such issues like this,

Such as using a CDN (Content Delivery Network).

You could host all the heavy files on the CDN and these files will be hosted in multiple data centers in the Internet and be distributed to the user based on the closest approximation to the data center.

The site is Simple and your marketing message is a simple way to loss weight. So that might work.

I can load the page in millisecs. Regarding the site, I think you need to add more graphics related to your niche and make the content attractive to people.
