Review My Site, Give me advice

Hi,

I would be very happy if, you guys will help me review my blog Your Health and Fitness Guide - Healthable and share with me what you think and changes to be Done.

    I do not like the ads scrolling in from the sides - I feel like I'm suffering from claustrophobia and it's taking away from your site.

    I think the layout of your site is good - I personally like that three column design.

    I think your logo image doesn't really match. It looks more like "death metal" as opposed to health and fitness. It's also black - whereas your site's colors are mainly blue and gray. So it kind of looks out of place.

    Also, your site covers a HUGE array of topics - from makeup, to parenting, to news, to cancer, to weight loss. It seems to be all over the place. Who are you trying to target? What demographic? I think you have too wide of a range of info you're trying to cover and it will get lost in the sauce.

      Is anything Wrong with the categories? I target all countries, make up is still related health.

        The two infolinks ads. I think that they take away from your site. They're big and obtrusive.

        As for the categories, it's a matter of personal preference. If you already have a target market figured out, then great. Personally, it looks way too broad. Who are you trying to attract? People looking for recipes? People with cancer? People looking for parenting advice? People looking for makeup advice? People looking for weight loss? It's just very broad and I think it would be very hard to target a market for it all.

        That's just my personal opinion. You may have great success being super broad, it's just not my cup of tea.

    I like the site. I agree with the logo, it reminds me of death metal. I think the links on top "Home, About, Advertise etc." should go at bottom of page. The healthable stat link at bottom of page should be centered or add it to the other links (If you move top links to bottom of page).

    More than half my screen, almost 3/4 is filled verticaly with the menu(s), header area and advertising area before I see content. Maybe if you bump up the top menu higher to the top, adjust the header are size a bit smaller and shrink up the area with the futrue advister banner it will be more clean and appealing looking.

    Also, the content area isnt as clear and sharp looking as it could be. It could be the pattern on the content area background, or the font you are using for the titles.

    Other than that, looking good so far.

    The design is really nice, but GOOD LORD change the grey to white buddy. It makes the pages so hard to read. Other than that I really don't have any criticisms other than maybe making your social icons more prominent especially Google+ which you can get some great widgets/badges for right from Google.

    About Infolinks; How about changing the Infolinks color into blue. Green just doesn't feel right.
    Instead of putting "Shop" section as a single category, why don't you set "Shop" page as your home page and then put your articles in a single section and call it " Blog" or "Articles".

    I am also a little confused on who you are trying to target. It seems some of these guest blogs are not related to health at all. Are you allowing so many guest blogs because you feel you have poor English skills or are you just allowing anyone to write a guest blog.
    Make sure blogs are related to the main keyword for your site.

The site is health that does not mean that i have to talk about weightloss,acne,cancer alone, what about traveling to a place that is dirty? What of family?
