Can anyone help me with this?

I'm trying to recreate this recent posts strip on this website.... labeled HAPPENING. The title of recent posts update as they are posted. I have the image strip but how do I place the link on the image strip?

    I would assume you are talking about image mapping. Taking an image, and being able to place links on certain points of the image itself. If this is what you are looking for I would recommend this tool as an easy way out.

    Just follow the instructions : )

    I understand this but what I don't know how to do is make the link within the image update automatically (dynamic?) when a new post is posted, in wordpress.
