Can I Change Text Of A PSD File On Gimp Or Pixlr?

Hi,

I have a logo as a psd and there is one letter missing.

I can see on gimp that this text is a layer. But when I click
on it I dont know how to change the text. Is that possible?

    You will not be able to edit your .psd photoshop files in Pixlr. For Gimp, I believe there is a plugin that allows you to edit layered photoshop files. However, the current version of Gimp may be able to do it natively.

    In either case, you just need to select the text and start typing to edit it.

    As an alternative, if you can't get the text to edit, if you can remove the text and export the image as a png, you can open it in pixlr and easily add text to it there.

    hm, didnt know that this is so complicated.

    I have just deleted the text I wanted to change and replaced it with the
    new one. However, this was just a simple tagline. If I wanted to change
    the main words then I would face some problems.

    So, changing them is easily doable on PS?
