I am trying to valid my html5 but i don't know how i can solve this error

Error and message is given below please tell how can i valid it ? or give validated code ?

<meta http-equiv="Cache-control" content="no-cache">
"Bad value Cache-control for attribute http-equiv on element meta"

For HTML5 you use a cache manifest file in the header. This is an example of how to use: http://www.w3.org/TR/html5/offline.html#manifests
Also, you force no cache with this:
