I have this legal problem with signing the copyright contract on 99designs.com and I am wondering if you have any experience with this sort of stuff.

I am an agent for a company who asked me to make a logo for them.
So I used service 99designs.com to design logo for my client. It is very important that my client wouldn't know that 99designs was involved in this process of making the logo on the Copyright Contract. So I signed
Copyright Contract by my name and now I need to give those rights to my client. But not sure how to approach this issue.

There should be a lot of people who are doing that.

Could you be that kind and advice me the best option here?
