Need a theme for wordpress.

Hello!
I have finnished writing most of the content for my new website and i am now looking for a theme that would be suitable.
The content i have written for my website is timeless, meaning i need a theme that is not 'blog''ish. I need a theme that has a simple menu where i can add pages.
I have not looked for one yet since i do not know where to look, this is my first website. When i googled i got bombarded with information i could not sort out.

      Don't sweat too much about the theme - visitors come for the content not for the "beauty" of your site...

      1. Somebody offering layouts for WP, should know they are called themes, not templates!
      2. If the only thing you can do is making themes with artisteer, creating over-bloated code - keep them for yourself.
      3. Next time you post just to point to your sig - the post will be deleted.

    So you want something not bloggish and simple? Hmmm. Maybe a magazine theme would suit? I'm personally a big fan of the StudioPress Metro theme (Google it: I would copy and paste the address but I can't c & p at the moment - it's a long story).

      If you'd simply said you can't c&p I would have thought you're writing from a sub-par smart phone, but now that I know it's a long story I really want to hear it.

    Go with Woo theme..they offer many different free themes that perhaps suit your need...

    Another option is to get a custom theme designed by a graphic designer. Just have them design the pages. Then you can send it to a PSD to WordPress shop like htmlburger.com

    That way, you can have a custom theme. Not for everyone, but it's quite useful for projects that need a custom look and feel.
