Help organise my website please, style.css

Hello, I've just finished setting my website but still need some settings, I think it's from the style.css.
I'm calling on CSS connoisseurs who could help, just trying my luck really.

I attach 2 pictures, pic1 and pic2

On PIC 1:
- I need 1. to disappear, living a 5px space
- I'd like 2 to go to 5 (right from the the logo) with login icons with texts
- Height of 3 to be reduced
- Search 4 to move to 6 (between logo and login-logout)

On PIC2:
- I need space reduced on 1
- Space to be reduced to match size of 3 on PIC1
- For 3 to be reduced to at least 5px

The idea is to make the website more compact

    In order to accomplish what you want, you're going to have to re-arrange the layout of the site (other than just CSS).
