has anyone found a site that actually displays your website as it would be seen on iphone or android ?

all of the "simulators" we have tried are simply not accurate and only display a scaled down version of your site

your help will be greatly appreciated

  • Have your tried

    MattKersley.com

Nicholas Zambetti – LiveView for iPhone & iPad

    DPI Calculator / PPI Calculator

Mobile devices tend to have a much higher PPI than most laptop or desktop monitors, so they can display high-resolution objects in a smaller space.

    • the Kersley site seems to be just another emulator ?

the zambetti site is from 2008 and don't see any updates ?

the DPI site does not help with actual display ?

Thank you anyway, but not much help there
  • When you say they are not accurate, what do you mean?
    Design changes? or.....

    • using the Kersley site in example, it does not display the embedded video which we know does in fact display properly on at least most mobile phones and as a partial display on others

hence, it is not accurate and of little value to be of assistance
  • ok, got it.
Not free, but maybe 1 could suite your needs...
    Adobe Edge
    DeviceAtlas
    Perfecto Mobile
    Device Anywhere

    • I'll pass on the "pay to see" platforms as most are for limited range of products and links to the next site with limited range of products

what we need is a guy who owns a mobile phone shop to allow his clerk to human encode url's for a nominal fee of $5 or so using all the mobile devices in his store - iphones, androids, tablets and ipads etc
