Classified script are in your Cpanel from your host. Look under "Fantastic De Luxe" and if you need a cheep hosting company try hostmartin.com

A good free classified script is OSClass. You can get it here: Osclass, the free classifieds script

It's made by the same team who made Wordpress, oh and it's open source.

Try to find pre-made template classifieds which are less than couple years old and they are successful. We counldn't find any and this is why we always recommend everyone to write the code from the scratch.
