    Wow! I don't know who told yo to put a pop up up as soon as the page loads! They need Rooting, Shooting and Electricuting!

    The visitor has arrived on your site for a reason, let them browse your site first to see what your about and then "let" them opt in if they want to via an exit pop up.

    Otherwise your site looks GREAT!

    Nice Blog man.
    One simple advice for you is that Better you change the Header and make it simple using the CSS.
    Using large image may affect the website loading time.

      I was pleasantly surprised. Your site actually looks pretty good. The only thing I see is you may want to hunt for more relevant offers that might convert a little better.

      I'm actually interested in your topic so just bookmarked you as well so I can come back later and see if I like what you have to say when I have time.

    I agree with Scotty, the popup is extremely annoying. What was even more annoying was that there was no apparent way to get rid of it. No little X up in the right hand corner or a close link. I would avoid doing popups like these all together or at least wait until a person has been on the site for a while.

    The layout and menu structure look pretty good however I would re-think your color scheme a little. The background and other elements clash a lot and make the overall site look less professional. I would also get rid of the beach and palm trees image. It makes the site look spammy.

    the over all layout is neat and direct. nice proportion
