Video inset on a picture

Does anyone know how you can put a video inset on a picture? For example if you go this page and scroll down to the video you can see what I mean Self Motivation At Its Maximum Capacity

How can I accomplish that?

    As in the video of the woman with what looks like a power point presentation?

    She probably used Camtasia or something similar.

    With a static image you could probably do something similar with a background image in a <div> and the video positioned bottom right

    Jack Nacho is right....
    You need a software/service that has the inset capability such as Camtasia Studio, Adobe Premiere, and others.
