wordpress help

Hi guys, looking for someone who is really good with wordpress.. I installed a theme and I am trying to import the dummy data and just edit it.. I keep getting an error on one theme, and on another theme I can't even find the .xml file.. Do all themes include dummy data?? If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it.

    Normal themes don't have "dummy data". In WP no data is stored in themes ever. "Data" - like posts, Pages, comments, setting - are always stored in the MySQL database and are retrieved from there by the WP engine (aka core files) and displayed "in the front" through the different templates of a theme. Ultimately, all the themes will display what you have in your database...

    Next time, when asking for help, be more precise: name the theme, the "other" theme etc. Vague questions don't deserve answer and help.

    Only any premium wordpress themes have dummy data. If you want to import from another xml data which haven't exists in your theme, you can try import tool of wordpress. Remember any error probably come in.

    Go here, the last time I added the data to a blog, it tested nearly every wordpress function

    Not all themes come with dummy/demo data. I've purchased a bunch of themes from themeforest and I would say most (but not all) have come with an XML file/demo data. When I run into errors, it is usually because I didn't have all the plugins installed/activated that the demo required.
