I'll give you my first impressions, and I am sorry to say they may offer clues as to why other visitors leave.

    1) Everything above the fold (the visible area of your home page when it loads) is either wasted space or images. You don't have a single English sentence in sight to welcome visitors, tell them what you do, how you can help them, nothing. Just a bunch of pictures and sentence fragments.

    2) The image is sad. It conveys dispair and hopelessness. This sends the wrong message. You should have an upbeat image of people happily using their computers. That would send a positive message. The one you have now will turn people away.

    3) The four images below the top one are oversized. The font in each box should not be bold. It makes your website look like it is for senior citizens. Use a smaller, non-bold font and say more.

    4) The "Read More" link is hugely oversized and blue. This is unnecesary.

    5) Your footer is way to large and filled with clutter. If you view one of the inner pages, such as "About Us", the footer is just about as big as the main body text. This is out of whack.

I also noticed that your "Services" menu item needs fixing. The dropdown only shows "Upgrade". So, I assume that's all you do. Is that true? That's what people will think.

If you offer a dropdown, DO NOT assume people will click on the parent menu item. They won't. They will hover over it, see what the dropdown offers, conclude that you do NOT offer laptop repair or data recovery, and leave.

I try to keep the moderator of this forum happy, so I will not mention the word SEO here. However, I suggest that you intensely read the following article:

    Hey man,

Your site looks enough good for start I think. But to be honest you should plan to invest into professional design when you will have only money for that. You see, when your website will look clean and profesional than people can have same impression about your service quality which should result in more service requests.

Take a look for example on these sites:
On-Site PC Services - IT Support Services - Southlake - Keller - Colleyville
Computer Repair | Online Computer Repair - My Cured Computer

Also you should add more text to website, write more about what are you doing and in which locations. There is nothing about your area of service in homepage and people should instantly know it.
