How can I add a shop to this theme?

Hey again everyone.

Can you advice how I would be able to add a buy button to this theme -

    I don't quite understand. Do you want people who buy the theme to have their customers buy a cup of coffee over the Internet before they come to the store? That isn't going to work. Or, do you want people to use the theme to buy a cup of coffee at a kiosk in a store then step up to the counter?

    If it is the latter, you are wasting your time trying to add a buy button of that kind to a coffee theme. You need an integrated (custom) system designed to do this with both one or more kiosks, one or more displays for the staff to use, and a management interface. All of this will have to do real-time transaction processing using a credit card payment processor.

    Anybody who blithely says something like "Add a PayPal button" has no understanding about what is involved.

    Nope neither is what I want to do.

    This is a theme, I will be changing it to suit my client.

    My client isn't a coffee shop or anything. They are a supplier and this is a very nice theme.

    They will be selling coffee beans and tea, so hence the reason for a buy button.

    Well first we should know what ecommerce solution is the client going to use? If it's a simple paypal site then you just copy and paste the paypal 'buy' button code provided by paypal and inject that into the template.

    And with other ecommerce solutions, I would bet the process is very similar. The ecommerce engine provides you with a html code and you inject it to the themes source code in the appropriate place.

    Paypal single item buy now:

    Paypal add to cart:
    https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/websc...-intro-outside

    Other ecommerce-solution:
    Google.com --> add 'ecommerce solution name' buy button to website/wordpress
    example: client uses woocommerce+wordpress--> add woocommerce buy button to wordpress

    If you want to create an online store with Wordpress, try WooCommerce. It's very powerful yet easy to set up.
