I have a plan to hire someone clone website like hitleap(d0t)com - an automatic traffic exchange site. My questions are: Do you know how much will it cost to clone this site approximately? and what company or webmasters have good reputation on cloning website?

    I would agree that... when you "Clone" a website you run into copyright issues... but also you should be unique and develop your own website... it maybe cheaper to do it that way.

    Yeah I wouldn't clone it, I would compete with it. If your idea is to run the same kind of service then fine. I am not quite sure I understand that service. I would start with getting someone who can create an auth login process. You would need a hosted database and an expert in either node.js (javascript) or PHP, there are many languages that you can build a login with.

    The programming for the service can be done in the same language as the login process but I am not quite sure I really understand what it does...

    This site is pretty bare, and could be better, like adding social networks Oauth etc. Maybe you want to login anonymously and you dont want that, fine. At least spice up the home page give a tour section of what the service provides, make the design more clean and modern.

    The only thing you should "clone" is the service, because they don't own rights to that.

    I am a node.js developer and can buld a login process and basic site relatively quickly, but I am not sure how the backend of that site looks. If you're really serious let's discuss it.

    Nice idea, you can hire a programmer from freelance website like guru.com, odesk.com and others. Post a job that you want a website like that of hitleap and you will surely get a programmer that will design it for you.
