Should take you a matter of minutes(30-60) to knock together a 1 page script.

If they are landing pages you could build a structure markup, and just code multiple CSS files for each site*, would be easy.

    EDIT:

and just code multiple CSS files for each site*

    EDIT2:

Different content will mean custom markup scripts, so if they are all different you will have to do them all one by one, otherwise if say half are one layout, and the other half another layout, you could make 2 markup structures, even 2 CSS structures and modify the CSS to style for each site.

Giving the same kind of websites to all the customers is a bad business idea........

Coding individual websites from your very own framework is a remarkable idea.

I agree with Patrick. Designing 500 copy-cat 1-page websites for customers is a bad idea. Every customer will be in a different business and the same style and formatting will not work for all of them.

Customers generally want unique website designs, even if it is for a landing page.

Just setup worpress and make the one page
    1. "hello World from Customer Three Hundred"
    2. "hello World from Customer Three oh one"
    3. "hello World from Customer Three oh two"
    4. etc.

...Even if you're on the right track, you'll get run over if you just set there.

There is the catch. Since everyone will be in the same business, they will be doing research on their competitors, and if they see that they all have the same kind of websites ( I know chances are less of them finding the exact websites you did, but this is 2013, its not hard to find info about others on the internet nowadays), they will pull out of your contract and find someone else. As smallbiz said, nowadays people who are into IM look for unique designs, not the same copy cat and changing info stuff.

Also in the future if you plan to make a portfolio for the past websites you have made, you will have nothing but the same designs which will not be good idea for building up a portfolio.

If you really don't care for these, then go ahead make HTML files with header, footer, content, change name, numbers, etc and you are good to go
