Where's a great place to get images?

WEB DESIGN

I have looked at a lot of the free and low cost photo repositories, but not found anything that really "trips my trigger".

In addition to nice photos, (especially people and business) I like cartoon characters and/or 3D objects.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I have been using istockphoto
and i m quite satisfied with it's price and content.

If you want quality images in perfect price tag, go on with istockphoto

Yeah! istockphoto has quality images with very reasonable price..I just try it out....its great!

  There was some site that was good -- now I can't find it again.
  
  Was something like 8studio or something.
  
  Anyone know what that was?
  
  Note: Problem is, doing a search for photos that are "FREE" you get everything that is *royalty* free, but still costs to USE -- what I want is royalty-free, and FREE TO USE too!
  Just simply... 1) got to site... 2) find photo... 3) download pic (direct from site)... 4) USE photo without restrictions -- ALL FREE.
