Cannot Find This Anywhere...

I need a program/ script preferably a wordpress plugin that will enable me to:
  1. Create client profiles.
  2. Allow me to set them up on an automatic draft/ recurring payment per month (preferably through PayPal)
  3. Allow them to chat with me through a "help desk or ticket system" on a per client basis.
This seems very simple but I cannot find it.... any help?

    Client & Payments Part:
    You ask your users/clients to register with your wordpress as subsribers,
    and using some paid membership plugin you charge them monthly fee.

    Now Chat & Communication Part:
    You can start private posts , one for each client with the PASSWORD,
    and only that client know that password... so that you can keep up
    discussion with that client on that thread....

    For now this is what comes into my mind!

    When it comes to payments you can use Wordpress E-commerce but you will need to use a programmed to adjust it to your needs.

    When it comes to communication there is only Wordpress Forum and WP Private Messages.

    I spent a lot of time looking for plugins like you say and that's all I found.
