Someone is using my site's logo.

Let's say my site is apple.com

They purchased a new domain apple-a.com and grabbed whole of my site including logo.

How do I legally protect my site's logo?

    Legally

Talk to an intellectual property attorney.

I highly doubt someone on the forum is going to give you legal advice

In the UK, we've got a service called IPO (Intellectual Property Office) - it's a website where you can file a simple form/submit a payment to get your logo trademarked.

You might have similar in the US/elsewhere though I'm pretty sure most of the process will now be online regardless of your country.

You can report it to Google. They will investigate on it and provide you a proper solution. If you can add a watermark to your logo, then no one could use it.
