Sync local DB to remote server for Wordpress?

I develop Wordpress sites called techcloud7.com, and I have a local XAMPP But every time when I post anything I personally need to update Live database for the every post.tell me something how can get a mechanism so that if I posted something on localhost that will automatically get updated on live server.

I've seen this question numerous times, I don't recall a solution, other than using a plugin like WordPress › Import any XML or CSV File to WordPress « WordPress Plugins but for a post at a time it would be easier to copy/paste.

Deploying via Github is quite popular and productive, but a little technical.
It's worth learning as it will make things much easier.

  It would seem to me that's a lot more work than a simple copy/paste if all you are doing is posts.
  
  I also see a potential problem in that an active/live WordPress website can be updating it's database tables while you are doing the same with a local installation.

Short term I'd agree on that.
Longer term a sync/push either direction is super easy and efficient.
Obviously he/she? only asked about a post, but there will be much more to do. (updates, style changes, etc...)
