My first try at a site design

Hello all, first I want to thank everybody on the Warrior Forum. I've been lurking for several months and have taken way more than I could ever give back. Please take a look at my site and give me your impressions on my first design/layout, this is a work in progress.

I hope to build it as an authority site, picking up affiliates after I develop some site history and Google position. Okay, give it to me!

  • Looks well organized, one thing that I would do is, add a picture higher up that way when the user first enters your site, the "container" is eye catching. as of now on my laptop, when i open your site all I see is text. Although your article is well written, It'd be nice to see the container first. Maybe in the header or something next to your site name? but good job

  • This website looks great for your first time. The only thing I would suggest is change your text hover link color because it disappears into the background when hovered.

  • Your site is good considering it is your first time. What happened to the hover color for the menu? I can't see the text while hovering on the menu. Better check it right away. So far, your site is good.

  • Put up 3 photos of different actual containers you would sell and their prices above-the-fold please!

    Also the hover state for links is white, the same as the bg color. Please change it to grey so the text does not disappear completely.

    Interesting site! Just needs some actual pictures and prices on the homepage.
