How to require a comment to access the next bit of content

i have a question that i can't find an answer to that someone here can probably help me with.

I'd like to know how i can set up a system where someone has to make a comment (preferably i'd like the comment to have a minimum length) before the user is allowed access to the next piece of content.

I'm using OptimizePress and WishList Member and i dont' see a way to do it with those, but is there a plugin, paid service, or a way to configure WordPress, OptimizePress or WishList Member to do this?
