Need Advice: Very Specific Niche

Hi everybody,

I've been reading the forums for about a month and I'm learning a ton!
I'm a Dialect and Accent Reduction Coach. Once I build my email list up, I want to begin releasing and selling Dialect and Accent Reduction tutorial videos.

Right now, I have 33 subscribers. I've been actively marketing for a 1 1/2 months. I realize that my niche is very specific. I'm catering to Actors, business professionals, non native English speakers. Any ideas for how I could go about increasing my subscribers?

I'm in the process of creating a "Learn 3 Dialect in 3 Days" Video Series for a new squeeze page to get subscribers.

Man I don't know how to respond, your in a tough market, I looked up dialect coach on google keyword tool and it showed less than a 100 searches for that.

For the site you did a very good job, thought it was a thesis theme when I looked at it but its optimize press.

Just looked so clean.

I would get an analysis of your website first, some will put it in there software and it will spit out what you need to do to increase your rankings and give you the competitors sites as well and what you have to do to beat them.

Im not giving any hard advice on that niche though, its too tight for me.

  I appreciate your response. I'm glad the site looks clean. At least it has that going for it! As far as keyword search goes, I've been getting higher search counts than that, but I could very well be doing it wrong. I probably am. Learning as I go.

1. Transcribe your videos and post that text onpage.
2. Make the links in your YT videos both a) clickable b) trackable
3. Monetize your site by providing both a) products b) services c) both
4. Go where your audience is (Facebook, Google + Linkedin)
