Linking to a newsfeed in Joomla 1.5

Hello Guys I am struggling to link a news feed from feedzilla to the NEWS navigation button of my Joomla1.5 website.I have tried using javascript code as well as the html code.

I have created a news feed category and then a news feed to link the navigation button to ,but still no joy.

I am at this stage out of options and welcome advise from all quarters,as this news feed business is doing my head in.
