Copying Design Elements

Im in the process of creating a company website. I really like the simple design of https://barkbox.com.

They have a simple design and simple sales process. I also like that existing customers can login to their account and make purchases or edit profile.

How do I create something similar? I wont be building it but I would like to know what the key elements of their site is so that I can know what to ask of a web designer.

Is it Wordpress, Joomla, or Dupral?

What are they using for their sales process, client account, and shopping cart?

    They don't use an open source CMS like Wordpress, Joomla or Drupal. They have a custom build system. If you don't know how to do that, then what you could do is to take a look at http://themeforest.net

    Then look for Wordpress eCommerce themes. Hope this helps.
