You can see the email field there - how and where do I add my autoresponder in the html portion of the theme so that when someone opts in I can successfully capture the email address?

Also, after someone adds their email, I want them to be redirected to this URL:

    Probably index.php ...... you need to edit the above with whatever autoresponder service you are using with there code for the email element and re-direct which is filled out from your autoresponder.
