Looking for a particulary basic Wordpress theme...struggling. Help?!

I'm looking for a wordpress theme which looks like: Elegant HTML5 Design Solutions - Themble
I don't want any scrolling horizontal images ect.
Literally floating headers (so no header bar) above main content, an inner box which I can integrate a paypal form and purchase button into and space for links below content box for 'terms and conditions ect'.
The example uses Bones, which I downloaded but since it's a 'bootstrap' theme when actually installed it looks like: Sample Page | Kiss in the post (nothing like the example).
And is beyond my skill set to modify (I'm fine with minor wordpress css changes such as different backgrounds, headers, fonts ect but this seems to go much further).
Can anyone help me find a theme which fulfills my requirements? - seems most these themes are visually brilliant but won't do much for a landing page in terms of shifting product.
