Outsourcing webdesign work

Hello guys.


Im really a newbie in IM and finnaly I choose a plan and Im gonna stick with it to get my IM business started and concentrated 100% on that plan.

Its about adult cpa offers.

But Im not born for designing, really, I have try it many times but that part its not for me.

So, what are you others think, Its smart to outsource to lets say philipinos a designing, creating landing pages, banners, etc ?

Have you got any suggestion for me, where will be the best and cheapest to hire a freelancer for me ? Im on little budget so I must be very carefull with that.

  • Let me make a suggestion. You may know about this, but look at WEEBLY it is free! Of course they offer a paid section but I have built over 25 sites for free from weebly and if you need a pointer just pm me i love helping!
  • In fact the site in my signature is a weebly site and it is a drag and drop interface. I would like to add I am not affiliated with them I just love the site builder platform and metatag pages.
  • My recommendation is to find someone who is geographically close to you and work with them. My experiance with outsourcing work is a pain in the a$%. It is horrible. You have to be on top of it with overseas developers. You have to make sure they are doing things properly and not cutting corners. It is a full time job just managing overseas teams. It It is well worth the price to work with someone locally. You will pay more money but you will save yourself a ton of time, which in a sense is worth money.


    Go to local meetups and try to find developers. If you live in a rural area, then check out Craigslist or even better ask friends and family if they know any developers close by. Many developers are looking for extra work and are willing to help a family friend.

    You could also check out services like 1and1.com or similar sites. They too have drag and drop interfaces and make the process of building a website easy. I agree with the other members. If you outsource the work, do it with someone local that you can actually meet with in person. Unless it’s a very small task, outsourcing a lot of work remotely becomes a major pain, especially if you don’t know what you are looking at.

    I decided to found a freelancer and to outsource.

    But I have also one issue. How to protect my business that an freelancer who works for me, wont steal my concept ?

    I know that is out there software and web pages which helps you to found images, graphics and also text over the internet.

    So my virtual asisstant can in fact write a texts and do a graphics for me, and then found out on which domains I have published that, and digging and digging and found out my whole concept for bussiness and start working for himself.


    So, how to protect my self that my virtual asisstant wont steal my business ?

    Or am I just too much affraid for ?

    • Did you not decide to outsource? That is a decision from within you.

      There are several methods of outsourcing and you can choose one that perfectly fits your need and you believe will protect your idea. Split your work to one or two. For example you can get the complete template and details designed by one fellow and you entrust the content filling by yourself or another fellow of your choice.

      Normally the people who do work will never think of implementing your idea unless he is clever enough and you can find such people may be one in 10,000. Or alternatively, you have to take a decision and make an agreement with the outsourcing agent that you own the idea and that he will not share or sell or use it himself whatever you give to him. Get a legal person to make the contract if it really hurts you to share.
