File problem

I sent the file on my hard drive from my outlook to my gmail and got this message
Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file.
I have no clue what a wedm extension is...What can I do?
I need to upload it to Fiverr.

    Are you sure you don't mean the .webm extension?

    Likely a codec problem. So, whatever you are trying to play it with (Windows Media) cannot read/use the codec the video was encoded with.
    You didn't say what it was for, but you might encode it to something else like H.264 MP4, depends what you are using it for.

    Also, I'd use a better video player like VLC.

      LOL!!! Yes, I did mean webm. I also have an mp4 version of the GoAnimate video. Both versions play very well on VLC. I uploaded it to dropbox and gave the seller on Fiverr the links...The video has my old logo and phone number on it. Can you update it for me?
