forwarding/redirecting homepage

Hello.
I have a simple question which hopefully someone will be able to answer. I am trying to find a way to forward my wordpress domain to another domain. I own the domain my wordpress site is on and want to forward it to a rotator.
My goal is to forward the domain to another. I have tried doing this with several different plugins and even tried doing it from namecheap but wouldnt allow me due to something about DNS settings.

I was able to do this once before with a plugin and now I can not seem to get it to work after working on it for several hours. It should be extremely simple. I have tried googling this process a hundred different ways but everything I am finding is how to forward new pages you make in wordpress to a different URL. Not the homepage of a wordpress website. I have wasted a lot of time trying to figure this out and it is getting very frustrating. I am sure that you could figure it out in a fraction of the time.

I want to be able to do all this by myself so I hate asking for help but I cant keep wasting endless hours on such a simple task. I guess worst case scenario, I will have to farm it out to fiverr. I just dont like the idea of giving a stranger log in info to my website

ANy input is greatly appreciated. Thank you very much

You lost me there... "forwarding/redirecting" a page or a whole domain means you do NOT show it - because it is redirected to something else.

In which case sounds totally nonsense to have a WP site that sits there and nobody is seeing it... while the domain is redirected to another domain and the visitor will only see that other domain's content. Why do you need WP for this?

As for the "rotator"... I am not sure what you mean by that, however I found this quote :p
Domain rotation is a technique use by malware distributors to drive traffic from multiple domains to a single IP address that is controlled by the distributor. The goal of domain rotation is to make it harder for a network administrator to blacklist the malware distributor. Once a domain is blacklisted, it is dropped from rotation and another one takes its place.

If you want to use the namecheap domain forward, you need to follow the instructions at namecheap exactly. If you don't understand them, namecheap support will probably help you.

Think you want to use one URL but have it forward to more than one page in rotation -right?

In that case you are going to have setup a javascript that will rotate between different pages as it loads.

In Namecheap use the url forwarding and "FRAME" option . to redirect to the rotator page.

Sorry. I guess I was a little unclear in my original post.
I have a website. Lets call it mywebsite.com
I have installed wordpress on this site because I still want to be able to make different pages on this website and if I want to be able to point someone to mywebsite.com/interestingpage/ for example

Hence why I want to keep wordpress on it.

HOWEVER, when someone types mywebsite.com into a browser I want it to take them to a link that rotates my squeeze pages. (I do this for split testing purposes)

I have had a plugin in the past that did this for my site but my site got wiped and I had to start from scratch and I lost the plugin. I dont remember what the plugin was called

Most plugins I have found for wordpress will let me make a new page on mywebsite.com and then forward that page to whatever I want. But I am having trouble figuring out how to forward just the homepage to a new URL.

I know I didnt have to do anything with javascript to accomplish this before.

If you install this plugin WordPress › Ads by datafeedr.com « WordPress Plugins

and create a "Page" to be the homepage in the WordPress dashboard possibly a custom page with nothing but the content as below

        Code:
Front page displays A static page
and have nothing on the page but the shortcode

        [dfads params='groups=3&limit=2']

with the params set as you need them, it should do as you desire.
