Feedback on Canadian website.

Hello Warriors,

I'm looking for critique towards my new website, www.proffer.ca.

Purpose:

Proffer.ca is a network of Paralegals across the Greater Toronto Area (aiming for Cananda-wide). Clients post their traffic tickets/speeding tickets on the website, and Paralegals offer their fees on the ticket to represent them in court.

Clients may compare fees and make a informed decision.

1) How well does the website portray the purpose?
2) How's your load time?
3) Any suggestions, features, modifications?

I'm also very interested in the SEO aspect, how would you go about targeting audience for a website like this. Would you start from a specific city first or something broader?

    Site looks good and I like its layouts with transparent backgrounds like glasses. website loading time is fast. some texts on footer are too big and its colors are not suitable to your website.

    a) for me it loaded very slowly... and I am 45 minutes from TO - as if waiting for a 3rd party site

      I'll look into the load time, might have to town it down on js.

    The look of the website is good but requires some good and crystal clear graphics.
    The site load time is a bit slower
    Rest it's all good, just the navigation color doesn't seem to match the navigation background
