Website Counter - I Need Your Help!

We're running a website on Sitecore and looking to implement a count down timer to feature: Days, Hours and Minutes (seconds, weeks, years ect - are not required).

An example would be: Javascript CountDown demo - little web things

Since we're using Sitepoint we're quite limited to big internal solutions so we are looking for a simple solution.

Can anyone tell me how I could implement this?

I tried the link above but ran into problems - likely due to my lack of knowledge of JQuery?

    • I tried copying and pasting the code as well as installing the jquery into a directory on my site. But it didn't work.

      Thanks for the links, unfortunately they're webpages rather than just a countdown.
