I'm purchasing the LFMTE script to startup my own manual surf traffic exchange. I've looked into a couple graphics designer websites to get an idea of what I can expect to pay, but I have no idea if I'm getting a good deal or not.
Here's the quote that I received:

Is this a good deal? I'm still going to need splash pages, banners, and whatever else. They do really good work, but I don't know that I want to commit for that price. Thanks for any feedback.
