I'm wondering if you can help me in my search for a certain type of quiz plugin (can be embedded from a 3rd party if no plugins exist).

I'm wanting to create a quiz for a wordpress blog that gives an outcome based on the respondents answers. Basically the same structure as those personality quizzes you see. You answer 10 questions and it tells you what sort of person you are or whatever...

That's the functionality I'm looking for rather than simply true/false and a score based on your responses.

Anyone know of anything out there that can do this? All help is greatly appreciated!
