Hi. I can't seem to get a straight answer about this anywhere.

If my host server is this: server1.myserver.com

And the domain on that server I am trying to set up SSL for is this: mywebsite.com

Then what is the FQDN?

Is it server1.mywebsite.com
Is it myserver.mywebsite.com

Or something else?

Thanks!

You use the name the site/service is accessed as.

Regular SSL Certificates are issued for a single FQDN.
If you have multiple domains on a single IP address/server,
then you need to install a separate certificate on each domain you wanted to secure.

If you use a Multi Domain Certificate you can cover them all.
