Urgent Help W3C 141 Errors, 32 warning(s)

Hello Everyone,
I have wordpress blog and i am doing SEO of my blog and recently i read article on W3C errors and i checked my website and i am shocked after watching error i have attached screen shots. i am not web designer and i don't know how to fix these W3C errors somebody help me please. how can i fix it. :confused:

    Firstly, don't panic too much about the errors. If you run the validation tests over well known sites such as Google, Facebook, Twitter etc, you'll notice they all generate a bunch of validation errors.

    In order to make your theme/plugins cleaner, you'll need to contact the authors and request that they clean up their code.

      First of all thanks for reply. i will need to contact which author
      this is my website and i am author but i do not know how to clean all the errors if you know so just tell me method i will clean it. please :confused:
