What Should I Name this Page on Our Website?

I know it may sound silly, but I'm looking to add a new page to the menu at the top of the screen at this website.

We're a real estate investing company, and we want to add a page that caters to our friends in China that are interested in real estate in our geographical area.

The page will include resources that will help them make more educated decisions when it comes to purchasing real estate here.

This page will be linked-to in much of our marketing materials, so I wanted to make sure the page name was:

1. Short enough to fit into the menu at the top of the screen
2. Fitting of the nature of what the page is all about

Do you think "Chinese Investors" is good enough? I was hesitant on naming it that, it just sounds kinda, well, I dunno.

Maybe I'm thinking on this too hard. What do you think?

Chinese Investors is kinda long, why not just put a sub menu in the investors menu? Like
    Investors
    |----Americans
    |----Chinese

    Something like that

This is a good idea. You also may want to consider putting part of it in actual Chinese writing.

To avoid the whole "sounds, well.. I dunno" .. you could try reframing it as "Overseas Investors"

I agree, doesn't sound the best, might be taken wrong by some people. Overseas Investors sounds great, but they only want to attract from one country. I personally prefer Chinese Investors, even if you have to figure out a way to make it fit. Looks like you have the room.

      Why just china?
