    If you want to keep the multi languages for your website, you no need to buy different domains for each country , you can use the language conversion modules in your website which will give the user friendly for the viewers, it will not affect the SEO. you can do the seo using the one domain i.e .com extension domain . Using that you can target the keywords globally. So no need to buy domains for each langauages.

    An often overlooked point is that their are so many free courses and free help out their on the internet that people do not believe that they are of a similar quality of paid. This is utter nonsense places such as udemy.com offer some great free courses although most are of a paid nature. You Tube is also a great place and believe it or not your local library will probably have a few books covering this subject on their shelves. HTML is probably the easiest and first area that you should concentrate on. Hope that this helps. Have a great weekend.
