help with site design (wordpress)

I want to add a forum to my website pretty much similar to this very one that we are on! Anyone have any recommendations for a particular one that i should use that is reliable and also a good one that well put together!

  • Warrior Forum uses an older version of vBulletin. I don't run any forum websites, so I can't make any personal recommendations to you. But judging from recent discussions on the topic here, a lot of people seem to like XenForo these days.

  • Not sure if you are working in WordPress or not, but the 3 best forum plugins for WordPress are:

    Vanilla Forums
    Sometimes it plays nice with WordPress, sometimes not. If you need help, contact me.

    bbPress Works well with buddypress in WordPress. Again, if you need help setting this up, contact me.

    SimplePress works well with WordPress.

    Xenforo or Vbulletin is my recommendations and I've created one, if you want to have a look, try visit my forum to make references.
