Wordpress Editor?

I have been looking online for the best option to creating Wordpress Themes with software and it looks like you can import WP files into Dreamweaver and edit them, Does anyone have a cheaper better way to create/edit Wordpress Themes in WYSIWYG?

I have used Artisteer.com - web design generator for, Wordpress themes, Drupal themes, Blogger templates and DNN skins.

I think the cheaper method is to learn CSS, HTML and have some PHP knowledge.
Anyway, you can try headwaythemes.com...I think the price is ok.

Just use WordPress for designing a website.
Install WordPress into your website and choose a suitable WordPress Theme and required Plugins, you will design your website easily.

Dreamweave is best and reliable , you can connet to you server from dreamweaver and open any file in dreamweaver for editing . you can live updates from dreamweaver software .
